USEFUL COURSES
Hi,
I’m one of those who use online trainings to upgrade my skills. The main reasons for choosing online training are my busy schedule and constant travellings. Anyway, I hate wasting my time in city traffic jams to go classes as well as the inevitable skipping of classes whenever I travel out. I don’t mind the long transits at domestic and international airports. Most airports provide free internet access.
During domestic routes, while waiting for associates in lounges and cafes, I login using 3G access. During worst case scenarios where internet speed became very slow or not accessible, I have a whole library of training courses installed on my PC.
In this section, I will post online course providers and downloadable training software that you can choose from. You’re not obligated to buy or subscribe. First evaluate their trial courses and then subscribe or buy when you are comfortable with them.
1. Online Graphics Tutorial, Tricks and Tips for Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver as well as basic design concepts and colours.
You can access their library series of video tutorials for a small monthly subscription. Subscribers can watch tutorial videos as many times as they wish as long as their subscriptions are active. 2. Learn over 100 languages from this downloadable software.
Click the banner below to download their trial courses. Their courses cover important or major languages of the world. Simple to use interactive multimedia software and very crispy clean audio. Straight forward. Not heavy on your PC. Never crashed on mine so far.
I prefer downloadable software for language courses because it is much quicker and more efficient than most of the online ones. I can run it offline during long-haul trains, planes, ferries and ships. Use PDA Phones in busy commuter trains, bus trips and while driving.
